These terms apply to purchases and use of "Better Harvests: How to Fix Your Soil To Grow More Food" (the "Course") from Method Gardens LLC ("Method Gardens," "we," "us"). By purchasing or using the Course, you agree to them.
TERMS OF PURCHASE AND USE
1. What you're buying
The Course is a self-paced digital product: pre-recorded video lessons, a downloadable PDF guide, and downloadable checklists and resources. It is delivered electronically. Nothing is shipped.
2. Access
You get lifetime access to the Course, meaning for as long as the Course is offered by Method Gardens. Access is delivered by email after purchase. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see it.
3. Refunds
Because the Course is digital and access is immediate, all sales are final and no refunds are offered. If you have trouble accessing the Course or a file is missing or broken, email [email protected] and we will fix it.
4. Personal use only
Your purchase is for your own personal use. You may not share your login, copy, resell, redistribute, or publicly post the Course videos, guide, or any other materials, in whole or in part. We may end access for anyone who does.
5. Gardening information and results
The Course is educational and reflects the author's experience and recommendations. Gardens differ by climate, soil, and conditions, so we can't guarantee any particular result, harvest, or outcome. Follow manufacturer instructions on any product you use, and use your own judgment in your garden. Testimonials on our pages reflect the experiences of individual clients and are not a guarantee of your results.
6. Intellectual property
All content in the Course is owned by Method Gardens LLC and protected by copyright. Purchasing gives you a license to use it, not ownership of it.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Method Gardens LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Course, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Course.
8. Changes
We may update the Course and these terms from time to time. The version posted here applies.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
PRIVACY POLICY
What we collect
When you purchase or sign up, we collect your name and email address. Payments are processed by Stripe, and we never see or store your full card number. We may also collect basic website usage information (such as pages visited and device type) through cookies and analytics tools.
How we use it
We use your information to deliver your purchase, provide access and support, and send you emails about the Course and Method Gardens. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the services we use to run our business, including Stripe (payments), FG Funnels (course hosting and checkout), our email provider Kit, and automation platform Many Chat, and only as needed to provide those services or where required by law.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing [email protected]. California residents have additional rights under California privacy law, including the right to know what we collect and to request deletion, and we will honor those requests.
Children
The Course is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The posted date shows when it was last changed.
